By using this website or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Overview
Mariana’s Cleaning Services provides residential and/or commercial cleaning as described in your booking. All services are subject to these Terms.
3. Valuables and Personal Property
We strongly recommend that all high-value items be removed or securely stored prior to service. This includes jewelry, cash, electronics, expensive equipment, and sensitive or irreplaceable items.
Mariana’s Cleaning Services is not responsible for loss or damage to items that are not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.
4. Damages and Insurance Coverage
We carry business insurance and will exercise reasonable care while performing services.
- If damage occurs, it will be documented and reported.
- Claims will be handled through our insurance provider.
- Refunds or partial refunds are subject to insurance approval, coverage limits, and deductibles.
Under general U.S. and Wisconsin law, cleaning companies may be held liable for property damage or injury caused during service, which is why liability insurance is maintained.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly installed items
- Undisclosed fragile, high-value, or specialty items
Clients must notify us of any fragile or high-risk areas before service begins.
6. Safety & Premises Liability
Cleaning services may create temporary hazards such as wet floors, slippery surfaces, or chemical exposure. Clients agree to:
- Keep children and pets away from active work areas
- Avoid entering areas being cleaned until safe
Both property owners and service providers share responsibility for maintaining reasonably safe conditions.
7. Cleaning Products
We use professional cleaning products. Clients must inform us of any allergies, surface sensitivities, or special product restrictions.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property
- Disclose hazards or special conditions
- Secure valuables
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
9. Compliance & Insurance
Mariana’s Cleaning Services complies with Wisconsin business regulations, including carrying workers’ compensation insurance when applicable.
10. User Conduct & Legal Compliance
When interacting with our staff, you agree to a safe and respectful environment. The following will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to law enforcement:
- Sexual harassment
- Threats or violence
- Hate crimes or discrimination
- Disorderly or unsafe conduct
Criminal Activity: If we suspect criminal activity—such as kidnapping, human trafficking, or other unlawful acts—we will report it to law enforcement immediately.
Non-Payment: Non-payment for services rendered will be reported to law enforcement and pursued through all legal remedies.

12. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

All content on this website (text, logos, images, design) is owned by or licensed to Mariana’s Cleaning Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission. The site is provided “as is” without warranties.
14. Written Agreement
Wisconsin encourages written service agreements for transparency. By booking, both parties acknowledge a binding agreement under these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wisconsin.
